The implementation period is from 2013 to 2025.

According to the Action Plan, China's overall level of sensors and intelligent instrumentation industry will enter the world's advanced ranks in 2025. Sensors and intelligent instrumentation required for national defense and key industry safety and major projects will be autonomously manufactured and autonomous. Controllable, high-end product and service market share increased to more than 50%.

In addition, enterprises are also encouraged and supported to cultivate industry leading enterprises and innovative companies through means such as mergers and acquisitions, joint stock reform and listing, and technological transformation. The certified sensors and intelligent instrument and meter companies that meet the relevant policy conditions can enjoy the relevant preferential tax policies.

In recent years, China's sensors and intelligent instrumentation have achieved remarkable development, and they have broad development space and application prospects. In the strategic emerging industries, industrial networking, environmental protection and food safety, cultural heritage protection and inheritance and other areas have played a significant role. The introduction of this policy will greatly promote the development of the sensor and intelligent instrumentation industry, accelerate the replacement and upgrading of smart instruments, and related companies will also benefit from it. In the context of urbanization, the demand for the industry has also been driven, and the intelligent process is also promoting the demand for related instrumentation and the market share has gradually increased.
