O Ion recently announced that they have reached an auto spare parts supply contract worth not less than A$36 million with Chinese companies for a period of five years.
The report said that the negotiation of the contract lasted for one year, including the provision of car sensing devices and transmissions to Shenzhen Minghe Trading Company in Shenzhen, China. Ion mainly supplies Ford, Holden, and South Korea’s Ssangyong Motor Company. It hopes to enter the Chinese market at one stroke through this contract.
