Poly Aluminium Chloride is referred to as PAC. It is also commonly called basic aluminum chloride or coagulant. It is a new type of high-efficiency inorganic polymer flocculant. Its aqueous solution is a hydrolysis product between aluminum trichloride and aluminum hydroxide, with a colloidal charge, so it has a strong adsorption on suspended matter in water.
