Hardened And Tempered Steel Strips
The width of quenched and tempered strip steel is 100~750mm, and the thickness is 0.1~4.5mm. The material is mainly carbon steel, low alloy steel and martensitic stainless steel. It is required that the quenched and tempered strip steel shall have quenching and tempering structure, meet the requirements in performance, bright surface, good flatness (up to 1/1000), and small tolerance in tensile strength and hardness.
(1) Martensitic tissue strip steel is mainly used to make feeler gauge, tape measure, camera shutter, blade valve, trowel, ink scraper, band saw, knife band, circular saw blade, spring, ice skate, etc.
(2) Bainite structure strip steel is mainly used to make stamping precision parts, automotive precision parts, blade valves, leather/paper dies, trowels, scrapers, bending machine cutting rules, etc.
(3) The sorbite structure strip steel is mainly used to make high-strength coil springs, automotive safety belt springs, etc.
