Partrick Blain: Very honored! Here I would like to repeat some of the content I spoke about this morning and some of the things I said at the closed-door summit yesterday. In this morning, we talked about many issues concerning the WTO. China's accession to the WTO can also be said to be a turning point in the development of the Chinese market. It is also a time for China to enter a golden age, or to say that it is an era of rapid development, and it is also one of our cooperation. Golden age.

What about China's second turning point? It may be that we have jointly entered a new area of ​​cooperation for sustainable development. This should be the second turning point.

The result of these two turning points is that what we have mentioned before, that is, we need to carry out structural reforms, including structural reforms of the industry and structural reforms of enterprises, can improve the quality of our products, and at the same time in order to allow us to have a long-term sustainable development. .

The second result is that China, like other countries, has begun to pay more and more attention to innovation. So, I think this is a very good choice. Everyone needs more innovation, more standardization, more powerful management and supervision.

What I would like to emphasize in particular here is that during this process, China will have a lot of precious opportunities to be able to make more financing in the process of these two transitions, and to save more money and energy.
