Yunnan successfully developed high quality wind turbines for the tobacco industry

The wind turbines developed and produced by the Yunnan Provincial School have passed the acceptance of the expert group and reached the level of imported products.

In 2000, Yunnan Tobacco Machinery Factory and Xi'an Jiaotong University jointly undertook the “Localization of Imported Series Fans for Large-scale Tobacco Re-bake Lines” of the Provincial Science and Technology Cooperation Project of Yunnan Province. The project team closely focuses on centrifugal, axial flow and other series of fans. Through the test analysis of the anti-wear and corrosion resistance of the fan impeller and the reliability test of the fan operation, eight series of products for the tobacco industry have been developed. Fans, as well as fan application packages. The project was successfully accepted by the expert group organized by the Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Province on January 6 this year.

The acceptance expert group believes that the performance of the fan products developed and produced by the project team has reached the level of imported products. Installed in the Yunnan Zhaotong Cigarette Factory to replace the imported fan of the two prototypes, through the field use, no fault continuous operation time of more than 6000 hours, low operating noise, less wear, low cost, easy to achieve industrialization, comprehensive The indicator is better than the imported fan.

The tobacco industry is one of the key industries for the development of new industrialization in Yunnan Province. The localization of wind turbines is conducive to reducing the production cost of the tobacco industry, enhancing the market competitiveness of the tobacco industry and the wind turbine manufacturing industry, and expanding market share.
