Before installing the turbine reducer, repair or process it according to the relevant technical requirements provided by the reducer manufacturer. According to the cleaning and inspection of the defects of the turbine reducer parts and related parts, the next step of installation can be carried out.
1. Align the center of the flank surface of the worm with the center of the turbine shaft, and insert the vortex of the turbine reducer into the casing.
Second, after the bearing and the shoulder, the bearing and the gland are properly installed and compacted, if there is a center offset, the gland of the vortex can be added with a horn or the car is detached, and the rotation is flexible.
3. After the turbine is assembled, if the Hubei speed reducer is offset, the size of the gasket can be adjusted to achieve the axial displacement of the turbine. Check whether the middle plane of the turbine and the shaft of the vortex are checked by the hanging method or the template. Lines coincide.
4. After the intermediate split plane is cleaned, add a polytetraene film to the lower part of the bolt, evenly apply the sealant, fasten the cover and firmly cut the plane bolts and the bolts at both ends, and tighten the bolts to prevent oil leakage. phenomenon.
5. After bearing and shoulder, bearing and shaft cover, gasket, and casing are evenly installed, install the coupling and carry out the next test.
After the Hubei worm gear reducer is installed and the machine is adjusted, press the opening and closing nut to perform the test. When trial cutting, use the tip of the tool to drive a very thin spiral on the workpiece, and then use the pitch gauge or steel ruler to check the pitch. If the requirements are met, the cutting depth can be increased, the cutting can be continued, and the feeding is repeated after multiple times. Request so far.
When the worm gear reducer cuts the thread (that is, the ratio of the screw pitch to the workpiece pitch is an integer, the workpiece thread is called the full thread), after each feed, there is no need to stop, immediately lift the opening and closing nut, and exit horizontally. Turn the knife and quickly shake it back to the original position, then adjust the depth of cut, and close the opening and closing nut at any time to cut. At this time, the turning tool will always fall into the cut thread groove.
When cutting the non-wound thread, if the opening and closing nut is lifted after the first knife is cut and the second knife is returned to the original knife according to the above method, the cutting edge may not fall into the original thread groove. If you continue cutting, there will be a disorder. In order to prevent the disorder, the spindle reversing method can be used. When turning, the opening and closing nut will always be closed. After the first knife is finished, the turning tool will exit laterally, and the spindle will be reversed immediately, so that the turning tool will return to the original position, stop, adjust the cutting depth, and then make the second feeding. . Since the opening and closing nut is not lifted, the determined transmission relationship is always maintained between the screw and the workpiece, so that no disorder occurs.
