Application of the High capacity tire debeader machine
Hydraulic steel wire drawing machine: pull out the steel wire from tire sidewall so that the tire can be shredded by tyre shredder directly in the next step. In this case, it can protect the blades of tyre shredder, prolong the service life of the blades and increase the working efficiency of the shredder.
Structure: This model is composed  of motor, hydraulic system, steel wire retractor, pull mouth, body .
Working principle :  The motor drives hydraulic system and oil   cylinder, and steel wire retractor is
connected to the cylinder pull rod. The  movement of oil pump and oil   cylinder makes wire retractordo reciprocating m ovement. Put a tire in the  pull mouth,  steel wire retractor hooks  the inner steel,then press start button. Due to the strong tension of oil cylinder, the whole steel
wire would  be pull  out, and  due to the function of pull mouth, the lateral side of the tyre would
be tear up, so it separates the steel tire with the whole tire.
