The Jinhui Zhaofeng Cycle Industrial Park Project in Xinjiang is planned for construction in 2010 by Jinhui Energy Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province, with a total investment of approximately 25 billion yuan, mainly in Baicheng County, rich in coal, salt, limestone, etc. Resources are raw materials, and in accordance with the principle of reduction, reuse, and resource utilization, resources, products, waste, and renewable resources are recycled to produce PVC, coke, cement, caustic soda, calcium carbide, and LNG.
