The surface thermometer calibration device developed by the project is applied to the surface thermometer calibration test. The built-in PID multi-parameter precision control and the surface temperature calibration heat source device heated by the wound resistance wire have better temperature uniformity and stability than the technical requirements of "JJF1409-2013 Surface Thermometer Calibration Specification".

The device adopts man-machine interface to realize the visual parameter setting and working state monitoring function of the surface thermometer calibration device. The heat source temperature control is fast and stable, the device operation is simple and convenient, the working state is intuitive and clear, and the calibration efficiency of the surface thermometer is effectively improved. At the acceptance meeting, the experts of the acceptance team listened to the work summary report of the project team, reviewed the live demonstration, and discussed and questioned, and agreed to pass the acceptance.
