shredder & crusher integrated machine is our new product,  which combines the function of shredder, crusher & dust collector. This type machine can directly grind the big solid block to pellets (0.1-18mm). It shared the advantages of high efficiency, less volume, low labor cost.
Features:
1. Blades and cutter head can be easily disassembled,easy to clean and maintance.
2. V design adopted for rotating blade,low noise and less energy consumption.
3. Each rotary blade equiped with 4 cutting blade edge, when one blade edge is wore and tore,it can be rotated to 180 degree, then the blade can work on.
4. The main axis is driven by gearbox,it's running very stably,low noise and strong power.
5. Feeding system is hydraulic driving,running very stably.
6. PLC control,the blade can rotate in opposite direction,and automatically closed.
7. If something unexpected happens, high safety service.
