Satellite Calibration Key Measuring Instruments Signal Simulator Scientific Research Project Accepted

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the Scientific Research Project of China National Institute of Quality, Technology, and Supervision, which was undertaken by the Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Measurement, “Establishment of High-Resolution Test Method for Satellite Signal Simulator and Establishment of Calibration Device” (Project Number: 2014QK270) passed the acceptance of experts. .

The GNSS signal simulator can accurately simulate the GNSS satellite signals received by the carrier according to the status of the motion carrier, and can measure the capture, tracking and measurement accuracy of the GNSS receiver, and is a key measurement instrument in the GNSS receiver calibration process. With the proliferation of high-precision GNSS receivers, GNSS signal simulators continue to enter various industries. In order to adapt to the development of China's satellite navigation and positioning technology and meet the precision calibration of satellite navigation and positioning equipment, China urgently needs to establish a GNSS signal simulator calibration device and method with comprehensive calibration targets, high accuracy and stability.

In combination with the current calibration problem of satellite navigation signal simulators, the project team proposes a dynamic scene calibration based on least-squares model parameter estimation method and a zero-value measurement method based on Hilbert transform envelope detection. Establishment of a calibration device. The project team has published 2 articles, applied for 5 invention patents, and participated in the formulation of a national measurement calibration standard.

The research results of this project support the construction of the National Satellite Navigation and Positioning Service Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai), and also provide technical support for China's independently developed satellite navigation signal simulation and calibration of receiving equipment.

Air Purification Series

Air Purification Activated Carbon is a kind of Activated Carbon. It uses high-quality activated carbon with special treatment to purify polluted air, so it is called Air Purification Activated Carbon.

Only Activated Carbon with high hardness, high strength and microporous pores can be used as Air Purification Activated Carbon

Coconut Shell Charcoal is a new type of Activated Carbon made of Coconut Shell as raw material, activated by high temperature, carbonized, and loaded with photocatalyst and carbon fiber. Its adsorption capacity for organic gases is 5 times or more than that of ordinary Activated Carbon, and the adsorption rate is faster.
Coconut shell Activated Carbon has a developed specific surface area and abundant micropores. The specific surface area can reach 1000-1600㎡/g, the micropore volume is about 90%, and the micropore diameter is 10A-40A. It has the advantages of large specific surface area, moderate pore size, uniform distribution, fast adsorption speed, and few impurities.

Considering the cost of industrial production, Coconut Shell Activated Carbon has obvious advantages in the Air Purification industry, due to the higher adsorption efficiency and regeneration effect, which could also help the cause of fire safety.
