An annual output of 150,000 tons of paraffin wax hydrotreating plant of Fushun Petrochemical Petroleum Plant was suspended in 2009 and entered the relocation preparation stage. The relocation work of this device was undertaken by the No. 7 Construction Company of China National Petroleum Corporation. The total investment of the device was 64.225 million yuan.
