The O/A conversion, the amplification circuit amplifies the discharge pulse, and the discharge pulse between the electrode and the workpiece is detected by the polarity conversion circuit and the voltage divider circuit, and the logic state of the result is different. The normal discharge is distinguished from the abnormal discharge.

Depending on the logic state, the ATV2500 can output different discharge pulses. In the normal discharge, the pulse output is selected directly according to the processing parameters; when the discharge state is abnormal, the software will change the pulse output of the ATV250O according to the set sensitivity to achieve automatic protection. In the fuzzy working mode, the software statistically analyzes the discharge state, and adopts measures such as accelerating the tool electrode lifting frequency and reducing the current output according to the fuzzy principle, gradually eliminating the bad discharge, and once the state recovery is detected, the original parameter will be operated. If the bad condition reaches a certain level, the machine will stop the discharge pulse output, the tool electrode stops moving, and the window displays C-C-C alarm.
