On May 15, 2010, the Drying Equipment Branch of China General Machinery Industry Association held a meeting in Jinan and established the "Drying Equipment Industry Standardization Promotion Committee." The conference was organized by Shandong Tianli Drying Equipment Co., Ltd., the chairman of the Drying Equipment Association. The participants were 13 experts and scholars recommended by industry enterprises and institutions. At the same time, Chai Bingyin was elected as the chairman of the standard committee.
The establishment of the "Standardization Committee" has a tremendous role in advancing the standardization of the drying equipment industry, standardizing industry products and technical standards, and promoting industrial technological progress. The meeting decided to carry out the following work in the near future:
1. To formulate plans for the revision of the national and industrial standards for the drying equipment industry in 2010, promptly carry out revisions and work, and apply through relevant standards and technical committees;
2. To draw up a plan for the formulation of the Drying Equipment Industry Association in 2010 and carry out the formulation work in a timely manner;
3. To draw up the formulation of energy efficiency standards for products for the drying equipment industry in 2010 and the selection plan for energy-saving products, and to formulate and evaluate the work in a timely manner;
4. To draw up a list of product elimination products for the drying equipment industry in 2010;
5. To draw up a 2010 domestic and international advanced standard training program for the drying equipment industry and carry out timely training.
The above planning work was completed by the standard committee by the end of May. Implementation work was carried out as planned.
