All the barrel are heated by electric heating;(Except the first barrel). All the barrel are cooled by water .

NR-II-46 Standard volume Type feeder:
The double screw feeder can process the powder or granule material ,It is through adjusting the screw speed to change the feeding ability, co-rotation and meshing of twin screw has strong self-cleaning capacity .  
 
Main Motor-AC Motor:
Main motor of extruder is Siemens AC motor, The cooling of the motor is by installing the fan on it. Air inlet of the cooling fan must be installed in a clean space,Workshop temperature should not exceed 40 ºC (degrees Celsius). Maximum installation height of Motor cannot more than 1000 m above Altitude elevation. Other environmental conditions will lead to different motor actual output power.

Main Gear Box:
Elaborately designed high speed gear box by Freesiamacross in Japanese.Speed reducer and torque distribution as a whole.The gear is made of high quality alloy material,According to international standard ISO6336-1996ME level control, ISO1328-1995 accuracy of cylindrical gear precision , adopted the teeth surfaces of gear after carburized and quenched .Exclusively  use grinding software  to trim the gear tooth profiles specially .
Ensure the gear strength,Uniform tooth load , High strength and low noise. After various improvements, which makes the new NR gearbox bearing capacity and power configuration significantly increased. Much advantage compare with the same equipment .

Screw shaft and screw element:
Special CNC forming grinding process for conveying components, 3D meshing curve high precision.
All the meshing components are processed by machining center, which has good uniformity and high process repeatability.
Co-rotation,double screw inter-meshing ,good  self-cleaning ability ,Narrow residence time distribution, improve the quality of material processing products.

Cooking Oil Machine

Vegetable oil processing equipment includes several sections from oil seeds to the producted oil.
